Located 15 miles north of Howell, Michigan, our family has been proudly serving central and southeast Michigan for over 50 years.
We offer the following residential, commercial and industrial services.
FOOTINGS
Footings are an important part of your foundation construction. We use the best technology to make sure that each corner and elevation is level to your specifications. If needed, adjustments can be made throughout the construction of your home.
TRENCHING
We can help with trenching excavation for your project. Our typical specs are 42″ with two course block. Please call or email with your specifications.
POURED WALLS
Poured concrete wall foundations are arguably stronger than cinder blocks. They have a better lateral strength, and are able to resist more pressure from water and the soil from the outside. We can help with 4′ to 13′ walls using aluminium forming panels.
RETAINING WALLS
Our retaining walls are designed to restrain soil to a slope that it would not naturally keep. They are used to keep soil stable between two different elevations often in areas of terrain possessing an undesirable slope.
COMPLETE FOUNDATION
We are able to create a strong foundation in order to distribute the weight of your house/building/structure over a large area. This helps to avoid overloading of the soil beneath and allows you to anchor the structure against changing natural forces like wind, tornadoes, frost-heave and flooding.
POST HOLES FOR BARNS
Make sure your structure is sound, let us help determine and dig the right post hole depth based upon the frost heave in your area, wind speeds, wall size, building dead load and other factors.
